About Your Yogi

I’m Victoria, a certified yoga and barre instructor who loves to focus on all the benefits that movement has to offer the body, mind, and soul.

I have have been practicing yoga since I was a young teen. Yoga helped me get through hard times, battling stress and anxiety. I found my inner peace and gratitude through meditation and movement.

I instantly fell in love with Yoga and quickly realized that I needed to do my teacher training, to become a teacher, and show those who are battling mental illness all of the positive benefits, as well as reap all of the amazing physical benefits. I hope to make everyone feel the best they possibly can in their bodies.

I will always strive to expand my knowledge in Yoga, Health, and Wellness.


  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology from York University
  • Infant and Early Child Mental Health Certificate from Seneca College
  • 250 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Yoga Tree Studios, with Yoga Alliance
  • Certified Barre Instructor

Class Styles


Barre is a full-body workout, we fuse pilates, yoga, and ballet. Using dynamic movements, we strengthen and tone the arms, abs, glutes, and legs. Barre helps to improve your flexibility as well as improves your posture.

Yoga Pose

A very relaxing session that focuses on passive stretching. We hold our poses for longer amounts of time, and use a blanket and bolster to de-stress.

Private Yoga: Work one on one, to assess your goals, interests, and current mobility. Set up weekly private sessions and work on these goals, to deepen your personal practice, enhance your skills, and work on self-love and self-care.

Zoom Private Session: Similar to in-person/private sessions, we can work one on one on zoom to assess your goals, and interests.

Corporate Yoga: Do you manage a business and want to take full advantage of the benefits you can offer your employees? I would be happy to provide you with a session every week or month and teach a 30-45-60 minute class to your staff. This will help to relieve tension & stress that your employees experience. (Mats/props included at request)
