Dynamic Full Body Flow - 60 min

Full body flow is a 60 minute vinyasa-style class that strengthens the entire body using dynamic movements. It is a faster paced class where we focus on deep stretching and strengthening. It is accessible to all levels whether you are a beginner or advanced.

Gentle Hatha / Restorative - 45 min

Gentle Hatha is is relaxing session that focuses on passive stretching. We hold our poses for longer amounts of time. This class is amazing for any level yogi and will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
