About Your Yogi
I’m Victoria, a certified yoga and barre instructor who loves to focus on all the benefits that movement has to offer the body, mind, and soul.
I have been practicing yoga since I was a young teen. Yoga helped me get through hard times, battling stress and anxiety. I found my inner peace and gratitude through meditation and movement.
I instantly fell in love with Yoga and quickly realized that I needed to do my teacher training, to become a teacher, and show those who are battling mental illness all of the positive benefits, as well as reap all of the amazing physical benefits. I hope to make everyone feel the best they possibly can in their bodies.
I will always strive to expand my knowledge in Yoga, Health, and Wellness.
